MS Dhoni Backs Superhealth to Launch AI-Driven Care in Bengaluru

Superhealth, a new-age healthcare startup, has launched its first AI-driven hospital in Bengaluru with backing from legendary cricketer MS Dhoni. The investment marks Dhoni’s entry into the tech-enabled healthcare space as Superhealth begins building a nationwide hospital network.

A New Healthcare Model for India

The hospital is located in Koramangala and promises a zero-wait-time experience for patients. It also offers OPD and IPD services across major specialties, including cardiology, orthopaedics, general medicine, gynecology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, dermatology, ophthalmology, and more.
The launch reflects Superhealth’s mission to deliver fast, affordable, and high-quality medical care.

AI at the Centre of Patient Experience

The hospital runs on SuperOS, the startup’s proprietary AI system. SuperOS manages diagnostics, workflows, and real-time data to support doctors and clinical teams.
For example, doctor voice notes are automatically converted into digital prescriptions in multiple Indian languages. As a result, patients spend less time waiting and more time receiving treatment.

Dhoni on Why He Invested

Speaking about his decision, MS Dhoni said that healthcare must be accessible, honest, and transparent. He added that many people still struggle with affordability and trust, despite rapid progress in medical technology.
He believes Superhealth can rebuild trust by combining modern infrastructure with ethical healthcare practices.

Bold Expansion Plans Ahead

Superhealth plans to open 10 hospitals in Bengaluru in the coming months. After that, it aims to scale to 100 hospitals across India by 2030. The network will focus on tech-led efficiency, patient dignity, and continuous clinical improvements.

What Makes Superhealth Different

Superhealth claims to follow a no commission-based doctor model, which removes incentives linked to unnecessary treatment.
The startup is also building hospitals from scratch rather than repurposing older spaces. This helps integrate technology into the design from the beginning and reduces operational friction.

The Takeaway

With Dhoni’s support and a strong roadmap, Superhealth is positioning itself to reshape how Indians experience healthcare. It blends AI-powered hospital operations, fair pricing, and patient-first care — a combination that could change the future of medical services in India.
