Honasa Consumer Ltd, the parent company of Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, and BBlunt, has appointed Yatish Bhargava as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO). His appointment took effect on June 17, 2025.
Honasa made this move to strengthen its omnichannel strategy and drive the next growth phase. Bhargava joins the senior management team as a designated senior management personnel.
A Leader with Strong Consumer Insight
Bhargava brings 17+ years of experience in P&L leadership and digital-first consumer businesses. He previously worked at Flipkart and Hindustan Unilever, where he led category growth and retail transformation.He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow.
Clear Focus on Growth and Scale
Bhargava will oversee operations across brands and sales channels. He will focus on category leadership, channel expansion, and consumer-centric growth.

Honasa clarified that Bhargava has no familial ties with any board members. The company disclosed this in line with SEBI regulations.
