Unlike traditional incubators, the focus is firmly on <strong>execution over theory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants work closely with seasoned operators, investors, and domain experts to validate ideas, build products, test market fit, and structure scalable companies. The programme prioritises <strong>hands-on building<\/strong> rather than classroom instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-equity-retention-and-seed-funding-support\">Equity Retention and Seed Funding Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Founders selected into the programme can retain <strong>up to 25% equity<\/strong> in the ventures they help create. Startups that meet internal benchmarks during the programme may receive <strong>seed funding of up to \u20b94 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, teams receive ongoing strategic and operational support even after the programme concludes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each cohort culminates in a <strong>demo day<\/strong>, where startups pitch to a curated group of investors, founders, and ecosystem leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-open-to-founders-beyond-conventional-backgrounds\">Open to Founders Beyond Conventional Backgrounds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Foundery is open to <strong>aspiring founders, early-stage entrepreneurs, and mid-career professionals<\/strong>.
