Sharani Narayana, the director of Narayana Group of Educational Institutions, is an inspiration for all the women entrepreneurs out there. She was recently honoured by IWDA in 2019. To fulfill her vision of helping students and making them educated, she worked effortlessly to make Narayana Group one of the leading institutes in the country. At the young age of 29, Sharani has acquired the position of one of the best and most well-known directors of the fastest growing institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharani\u2019s Inspiration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharani is a book lover. She has read numerous motivational books and articles to keep herself motivated towards her dream. She is very inspired by the instances which narrate people’s stories from being zero to millionaire. Her positivity and down-to-earth personality are way more fascinating and charming. She is really dedicated and possesses a strong willpower that really sets her apart from the crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The establishment of Narayana Institute<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The foundation of Narayana Institute is based on Sharani\u2019s father’s dream. Her father started with a small coaching centre, which is now known as the Narayana Institute, with 620 schools and colleges in 16 states, having 4.5 lakh students. After the death of her brother, Sharani has also started a charity trust, Aryan Charitable Trust, which aims towards helping children who suffer from malnutrition and cannot afford education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Future Aspects of Sharani and Narayana Institute<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Narayana Institute has upgraded their educational framework by presenting a new business model that is based on educational videos and digital content that will benefit a large number of students. They are also working towards providing suitable schedules for curricula by including different languages for different students so that they can reach a wider audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aside from her professional obligations, Sharani never neglects her motherhood or her responsibilities to her family. Although as a director she needs to do a lot of work, she manages her life like a boss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
