Honasa Consumer Ltd<\/strong>, the parent company of Mamaearth<\/strong>, The Derma Co.<\/strong>, Aqualogica<\/strong>, and BBlunt<\/strong>, has appointed Yatish Bhargava<\/strong> as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO)<\/strong>. His appointment took effect on June 17, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Honasa made this move to strengthen its omnichannel strategy<\/strong> and drive the next growth phase. Bhargava joins the senior management team as a designated senior management personnel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A Leader with Strong Consumer Insight<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Bhargava brings 17+ years of experience<\/strong> in P&L leadership and digital-first consumer businesses<\/strong>. He previously worked at Flipkart<\/strong> and Hindustan Unilever<\/strong>, where he led category growth and retail transformation<\/strong>.He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
