This acquisition would help the firm scale even further through product mix, sales channel growth, and pricing strategies. My Newborn was 10Club’s first acquisition, followed by Skudgear. The money will be used to expand the company’s brand portfolio, improve its technological stack, and provide operating capital..<\/p>\n

pooled their resources to build a ‘house of brands’ akin to Thrasio, the
world’s biggest purchaser of Amazon third-party private label businesses.<\/p>\n
