The platform said the funds will be utilised to expand its core team and distribution channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform focused on empowering customer-facing teams\u2014sales, support, and collections\u2014with AI-based tools to track and analyze agent-customer interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ashish Santhalia, CEO of Convin says \u201c With more resources we\u2019ll focus on accelerating our growth trajectory, driving innovation in conversation intelligence and expanding our footprint across India and Southeast Asia.
