{"id":2939,"date":"2024-07-05T11:46:27","date_gmt":"2024-07-05T11:46:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/founderlabs.in\/?p=2939"},"modified":"2024-07-06T07:53:04","modified_gmt":"2024-07-06T07:53:04","slug":"app-nagara-chatbot-initiative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.founderlabs.in\/?p=2939","title":{"rendered":"Nagaraa App launches WhatsApp chatbot services for Bengaluru\u2019s auto-Rickshaw Drivers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>App named \u2018Nagara\u2019 for metered Auto for Bengaluru\u2019s Auto<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The App is jointly created by Agnibu Technologies and Brand Pride Mobility<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The <\/strong><strong>app provides every driver with their own unique webpage to share their professional credentials with the passengers.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The App named as Nagara for metered Auto roped in a few auto drivers from the city and promises its customers to operate with meter fares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a report in Deccan Herald, a total of 1500 drivers have already registered themselves in Nagara app and plan to expand across Bengaluru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The app is jointly created by Agnibu Technologies and Brand Pride Mobility and aims to create significant space in the mobility system of Bengaluru.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking to the publication, the CEO of Brand Pride Mobility Private Limited Niranjanradhya N said, \u201cAs of now, many drivers from Yaswantpur, Nandini Layout and Whitefield have registered themselves in the app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It might take some time for the driver in the Central Business District to register in the new app and we are planning to expand.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chatbot Initiative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The WhatsApp chatbot initiative now enables users to experience hassle-free booking, transparent fares among other options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform also allows a driver to initiate a ride on their own for street hailing passengers through the unique driver QR code. The app provides every driver with their own unique webpage to share their professional credentials with the passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A user can initiate the service by typing \u2018Hi\u2019 to the Whatsapp chatbot number \u20189620020042\u2019. The user is given an OTP (one-time password) which is valid for eight minutes to start a street hailed ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nagara also supported the auto drivers&#8217; protest on Thursday against Bengaluru&#8217;s illegal bike taxis. In an X post, it wrote, \u201cMake bike taxis irrelevant. Calling all auto drivers to start operating by the meter. Become a professional auto driver with the Nagara Driver App.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Karnataka transport department reportedly decided to crack down on unauthorised bike taxis operating in Bengaluru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> All Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) are directed to form special teams to act against illegally operating bike taxis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The App named as Nagara for metered Auto roped in a few auto drivers from the city and promises its customers to operate with meter fares.
