Women are apprehensive and uneasy about travelling alone because of safety concerns. To address the concern of such women, a women-focused company called “Wovoyage” with its headquarters in Delhi was founded to fully address the requirements of solo travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2016, the female travel aggregator Wovoyage was founded. It currently runs tours for female international tourists in Japan and India that are risk-free and safe thanks to the use of female tour guides and the incorporation of authentic Indian experiences into the tours’ planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It provides group departures, including theme trips like rejuvenation, yoga, trekking, cycling, and photography. The portal strives to give any female traveller or group who books a trip to India a more enlightening, engaging travel experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking on her start-up journey, Rashmi Chadha, Founder,<\/strong> Wovoyage said <\/strong>“I organized a few tours as a freelancer to conduct study on foreigners visiting India, particularly women. I discovered that although overseas women travellers desire to visit India, many are hesitant to go due to their insecure feelings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richa believed there would be a lucrative business opportunity waiting to be explored if she could lower the risk and provide them a completely secure tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wovoyage, a women’s travel aggregator platform, is proud to work with numerous local women in tier II and tier III cities to promote, encourage, and create a strong and secure community for everyone. In order to provide a hassle-free experience, it has trained women partners including group tour leaders, women cab services and even male drivers.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
